Thief caught and abused by the security guard

july 26, 2018, 11:15 a.m. Petit theft. A 19-year-old man detained after a store employee reported merchandise missing. The suspect was carrying the stolen merchandise on his person, so the officer resorted to a pat-down of the boy, followed by a strip search and cavity search. Once the merchandise was recovered, the young suspect agreed to perform certain favors for the guard in exchange for his freedom.
