I’m delighted to be showing the main part of Le Garçon Scandaleux, The Scandalous Boy, an extremely extraordinary coordinated effort and co-creation with PINK TV in France.
There aren’t many places on the planet that cling to and assimilate the sublime story of its past. I was lucky enough to grow up in one of those places, New Orleans, and from an early age I was told tempting and scandalous stories of our sister city, Paris.
Paris, unquestionably the baffling magician, attracts even the most negative among us and effectively tempts the most scrutinized people to sentimental wretches like me. On every occasion I’ve been there, despite everything, I don’t understand what it is about the city that makes it so rare.
All I know is the point I’m at, I feel invigorated. Every aspect of me is locked in – locate, hear, taste and feel – all pulsating and tugging at every aspect of me; it’s an orgy of my faculties, and for a short minute, all is well and good on the planet.
It’s this “Feeling of Place” that has brought me back to Paris again and again, and why CockyBoys have returned to tour and play there over the years – but these treks have been brief and rushed, at best. So, I was more than delighted when the PinkTV/PinkX group asked if I’d be willing to work with them to make an unusual adventure shooting in Paris and utilizing and supporting the French capabilities of their gay porn community.
