I know Jeune mec Gay well since I’ve been on it for a few years now. It’s one of my top 3 places to meet Jeune mec Gay. Why is that? Because the community is cool, there are lots of profiles, and every month, a new crop of good-looking guys join the site, giving me the chance to meet new people. Signing up is pretty easy, the only hitch being that you’re prompted to sign up for the paid plan right afterwards. But to counter this, simply close the page and return to the site. You’ll then have access to your profiles, and you can send “flashes” to profiles you like, contact them privately etc…
Conclusion: I really invite anyone who isn’t a member of this community to give it a try, because when it comes to dating, it really works! There are always people connected, whether you’re looking for a love match or a hookup… you’ll find what you’re looking for! But be warned: there’s no X on the profile photo, and that’s a bit of a shame for a site where a lot of guys are looking for sex.

As its name suggests, Jmec puts young guys in touch with each other and is available in all French-speaking countries. You can post an ad and add photos and videos to your profile. To interact with other members, use chat or private messaging.

Registration was very quick: in less than 3 minutes the profile was created, and the first thing to do was to validate your email address. The site is a little insistent about adding a photo, but you’ve got to play the game after all! I browsed the available profiles. That evening, there were several hundred people online, and a good fifty within a 30km radius. Being in the provinces, I assume that this number must be multiplied by 10 in the Paris region. I was able to target my search (limited to 15 years old maximum) and after a few “hearts” dropped on the profiles I received my first message. A charming guy offering me a chat. He wouldn’t be the only one, and after a few days I decided to go on my first date.
My opinion: The site has served its purpose well, it can be used in free mode but the functions are somewhat limited. You can still filter the results and reply to a limited number of messages. Enough for me, I’ve never paid on Jmec. Strange for a dating site, but I’ve received very few requests for hookups, only real, serious encounters.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised: with my fake profile named Paul, 52 years old from Toulouse, I received in 3 days exactly 9 private messages. Except for one 35-year-old guy, the others were under 30.
My opinion of Gay Cougar: From a few messages exchanged with 3 guys, they seemed motivated to get to know me over a drink or a meal. To be clear, I haven’t received any direct hookups. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not. That’s why I recommend the site to anyone looking for serious encounters.
